The Second Management Training Class for Grass Roots Manager Successfully Completed
Heal Force Commercial College held two study classes respectively for grass roots manager from March 27-April 20, and April 20-29 in 2005. 38 trainees attended the study class. Heal Force Commercial College assigned 23 teachers who taught 24 courses of management and conducted 4 product trainings.( including CO 2 Incubator, Biological Safety Cabinet, Electrosurgical Unit, Anesthesia Machine, Ventilator, Shadowless Lamp, Blood Gas Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer.)

Following the schooling principle of ¡°enhancing carder's operating and managing ability, cultivating highly competent administrative carders¡±, Heal Force Commercial College planed two elaborate training classes. The first training composes of a series of lectures centered on ¡°product-sales-customers-service¡± which enables the participants better understand the reform of the company's marketing mode, and casts a new light on the importance of the water-fish relationship of customers and distributors; the marketing philosophy of ¡°customer first for a win-win situation¡± has been widely accepted. Courses such as ¡°Time Management¡±, ¡°Pressure Management¡± and ¡°Management Theory¡± featuring with originality offer the trainees methodology of self-management and team buildup. Courses such as ¡°Contract Management¡±, ¡°Personnel Management¡±, ¡°Office Management¡±, ¡°Finance Management¡±, ¡°Execution and Management Practice¡± and ¡°Business Etiquette¡± exemplify how general management knowledge is applied into practice. Through lectures like ¡°Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow of Heal Force¡±, ¡°Company Culture and Motivation Mechanism¡±, ¡°Grow With Heal Force¡±, ¡°Commitment to Your Career¡±, ¡°The Party Construction and Workers' Union¡±, etc, the trainees reviewed the development course of Heal Force, all enjoying the happiness of growing with Heal Force. The first training class was well-commented, paving a solid foundation for the following training project.

After drawing experiences from the first training, we improved the lessons and teaching materials; therefore, the second training has enjoyed wider popularity. Some high-level teachings as ¡°Organization and Professional Managers¡± were added in to the management course, providing guidance and direction for the participant's specific work and future career. The unique lessons like ¡°Marketing Strategy of Medical Equipment¡±, ¡°The best Sales Team in The Customer's Eyes¡±, from the customer's prospective, seek more demanding requirements for the grassroots' manager. The number of grass roots manager from the office-level in the second training class was much more than those of the first training. Teachers in the training, adopting methods of combination of theory and practice and interactive communication, have helped enhanced greatly the trainee's understanding of management. The textbooks in the training embody the strenuous efforts of teachers and workers from Heal Force Commercial College , which also indicates that the college's schooling tends to be standardized.

13 trainees were awarded for their excellent class performance, they are Qian Yan, Yuan Liang, Li Bo, Xu Jun, Ji Nanxing, Zhang Baoping, Zhang Zhiyong, Tang Xiaoxia, Zhou Chunhua, Wu Chunyan, Qiu Yangqing, Shen Wei and Wang Haiyan. Facing the increasingly competitive business environment, we are convinced that the training and development of the employees is the driving force for the company's sustainable development, and outstanding professional manager would be the backbone of a successful company.
